Cancellation Policy: I understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may need to change. However, to respect both my time and other clients, the following cancellation fees apply:
If the treatment is rebooked for the same month, cancellation fees may be waived. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Vouchers: If you have received a voucher, this is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. It can be used as full or partial payment towards any of my services offered. If the value of the treatment exceeds the voucher value, the remaining balance must be paid at the time of booking.
Transfers: Vouchers can be transferred to another person but cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded once purchased.
Advanced booking: required for all services. Please mention that you are redeeming a voucher when making your booking.
Appointment times: subject to availability and must be booked in advance. I recommend booking early to secure your preferred date and time.
Booking Policy: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellation or reschedule
Exclusions: Not valid with other discounts or promotions. Vouchers are valid for one-time use only and cannot be redeemed for multiple treatments. Vouchers cannot be used towards the purchase of products, only services.

Process: Once payment has been received, you will receive an email from Lotus Hara with an electronic copy of the voucher you chose. Please be patient with delivery time as I may be in a treatment upon receiving your order.

MILLAGE FOR MOBILE MASSAGE: Appointments which require travel to more than 5 miles from Fishponds, will incur a travel fee of £1 per mile. This fee helps cover time and transport costs for on-site services. The total will be calculated based on the distance from my base to your location and will be confirmed at the time of booking
